返品・不良品・キャンセルについて:
お届けした商品が「破損・汚損していた」「不良等がある」「ご注文内容と異なる商品が届いた」場合は、 至急、交換をさせていただきます。
ただし、在庫切れ等の理由により、交換商品をご用意できない場合はご返品にて承りいたします。
お届け後7日間以内に「お問い合わせ」までご連絡下さい。引き取り方法など、ご対応方法をご案内いたします。
ご返送にかかる送料は弊社にて負担いたします。
「サイズ、イメージが違った」「注文を間違えた」等、お客様都合での返品や交換はお受けいたしかねますので、予めご了承下さい。
なお、モニター画面での閲覧という特性上、ご利用の環境や設定により商品の画像が実際の色目と異なる場合がございます。
その場合も返品や交換はお受けいたしかねますので、予めご了承下さい。
セール期間中およびゴールデンウィーク、年末年始等は通常よりお時間をいただく場合がございます。あらかじめご了承ください。
また、以下の場合につきましては、交換(返品)はいたしかねますので予めご了承ください。

一度開封し、ご使用になった商品
お客様のもとで汚損、または破損が生じた商品
付属品等が不足している場合
直接肌に触れる商品は、衛生上未着用の場合のみとさせて頂きます。
パッケージが違う/外箱の破損など、商品本体(中身)以外の理由

尚、ご対応可能な商品はオンラインショップでお買い上げいただいた商品のみとなります。

We won't accept any returns or exchanges unless the products are faulty.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return with only damaged goods.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Steps to return your order:
Contact us at studio@the-blue-boy.com with your order number and explaining if you wish for a return and refund or an exchange, and the specific reason.
You’ll receive an email to ship the products to Tokyo, Japan.
Ensure your return is well packaged, and meets all the conditions outlined at the bottom of this page.

【INTERNATIONAL RETURNS】Out of Japan
International returns must be covered by the customer. We suggest using your local postal service or a courier with tracking number to avoid any loss.
Please mark ‘Returned Items’ on both your parcel and on all paperwork enclosed to prevent it incurring import charges and taxes. You can also declare a low value to make the importation process faster. No refund will be issued before the package is cleared from custom and arrives at THE BLUE BOY.

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable.
We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.
All Items must be in original, resalable condition.
Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.
If returning items in a box, please ensure the box is protected with an outer packaging layer. The box is part of the product, therefore any damage may result in the return being refused.
Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service.
We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
If returned an item from outside Spain, please clearly mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’, to avoid any customs charges. THE BLUE BOY CO., LTD. is NOT responsible for any return custom charges made and any charge will be deducted from the refund. The Customs invoice will be send to the customer.
Please make sure that the returns form is enclosed with your goods – no form may result in your return not being processed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
