Refund Policy

Returns and Exchanges

We will gladly offer an exchange if the product you received falls under any of the following conditions:

  • The item was damaged or soiled upon arrival
  • The item is defective
  • The item received differs from what was ordered

If any of the above applies, please contact us via the inquiry form within 7 days of delivery.

We will arrange a replacement as soon as possible. If the item is out of stock, we will accept a return instead.

In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by us.


Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of customer preference, such as:

  • The size, color, or overall impression is different from what you expected
  • You ordered the wrong item by mistake
  • The color appears different from the website due to monitor settings

We recommend reviewing the product details carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us before purchasing.

Made-to-order Items

Please note that certain items are sold on a made-to-order basis.

For made-to-order items, order cancellations, refunds, or exchanges for other products cannot be accepted once an order has been placed.

Made-to-order items may also close earlier than scheduled if the maximum number of orders is reached.


We are unable to accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • More than 7 days have passed since the product was delivered
  • The item has been opened and/or used
  • The item was damaged or soiled after delivery due to customer handling
  • Any accessories, tags, or original packaging are missing or damaged
  • Items that come in direct contact with the skin (e.g., clothing, cushion covers) that have been worn or used
  • Claims related to packaging or external box damage when the product itself is unaffected
  • Sale or outlet items

Please note that return and exchange services apply only to products purchased through our official online store.

For purchases made at pop-ups, exhibitions, or third-party retailers, please contact the original place of purchase directly.

During peak periods such as Golden Week or year-end holidays, responses may take longer than usual. We appreciate your understanding.


Customs Duties & Refused Shipments

All international orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are determined by the laws and regulations of the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

We have no control over these charges, and the exact amount will depend on the tax rates and import regulations set by your country.

If the recipient refuses to pay the applicable customs duties and the order is returned to Japan, the refund will be processed minus a fee equivalent to twice the original shipping cost paid. This covers the cost of both the original outbound shipment and the return shipping charged by the carrier.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms regarding customs duties and refused shipments.

返品・交換について

返品・不良品・キャンセルについて

お届けした商品に以下の不備がある場合は、速やかに交換対応をさせていただきます。

  • 商品の破損・汚損がある場合
  • 初期不良が認められる場合
  • ご注文内容と異なる商品が届いた場合

上記に該当する場合は、商品到着後7日以内に「お問い合わせフォーム」よりご連絡ください。

交換品の在庫がない場合に限り、返品対応とさせていただきます。

この場合の返送にかかる送料は、当店にて負担いたします。


以下のような「お客様都合」による返品・交換は承っておりません

  • サイズやイメージが異なると感じられた場合
  • ご注文内容を誤って確定された場合
  • 商品画像と実物の色味が異なると感じられた場合(モニター環境の違い等)

ご注文前に、商品ページの内容をよくご確認の上、ご不明点があれば事前にお問い合わせください。

受注商品について

一部商品は受注生産にて販売しております。

受注商品のご注文確定後は、注文のキャンセル、返品・返金、ならびに他の商品への交換はお受けしておりません。

また、受注商品は一定のご注文数に達した場合、予定期間内であっても受付を早期終了する場合がございます。


以下の条件に該当する場合も、返品・交換はお受けできません

  • 商品到着から7日を過ぎた場合
  • 一度ご使用になった商品
  • お客様の元で汚れや破損が生じた商品
  • 付属品・タグ・パッケージ等が不足・破損している商品
  • 肌に直接触れる商品(例:衣類、クッションカバー等)で、着用・使用済みの場合
  • 商品本体以外の理由(外箱・パッケージの破損など)
  • セール品・アウトレット商品

なお、返品・交換は当オンラインショップでご購入いただいた商品に限ります。

展示会・ポップアップ・他店舗でのご購入商品につきましては、購入元までご確認ください。

※ ゴールデンウィーク・年末年始など繁忙期は、対応にお時間をいただく場合がございます。


関税および受取拒否時の返金について

海外配送のご注文はすべて DDU(Delivered Duty Unpaid)条件で発送されます。関税・輸入税・その他輸入にかかる費用は、お届け先の国の法令に基づいて決定され、すべて受取人様のご負担となります。

これらの金額は各国の税率や輸入規制により異なり、当店では事前に正確な金額を把握することができません。

受取人様が関税等の支払いを拒否し、商品が日本へ返送された場合、返金時には「お支払いいただいた元の送料の2倍相当額」を差し引いて対応いたします。これは、発送時の送料および返送時に配送会社から請求される返送料を含むものです。

ご注文をもって、上記の関税および受取拒否時の条件に同意いただいたものとみなします。
