1枚ごとのTatami Insertを6枚セットにした、約1.8畳サイズの構成です。 一般的な緑色の畳とは異なり、STUDIO THE BLUE BOYでは、九州産い草を泥染めした後に バーガンディ色へ染色した特別仕様のい草を使用しています。 光の当たる角度によって見え方が繊細に変化し、空間の中で奥行きのある色の揺らぎをお楽しみいただけます。 複数枚を並べることで、畳を床材としてではなく、より自由なモジュールとして取り入れていただけます。

Care & Notes
- ・い草は天然素材のため、色味や風合いに個体差があります。
- ・稀にい草の先端が飛び出す「い切れ」が見られる場合がありますが、素材と製作工程上生じる自然な現象であり、不良ではありません。
- ・表面に染土が残る場合がありますが、畳製作工程上避けられない特性です。
- ・水分を含んだまま放置すると変色の原因となる場合があります。液体をこぼした際はすぐに拭き取り、しっかり乾燥させてください。
- ・ジュースや醤油など色の濃い液体は、早めに対処しても色むらが残る場合があります。
- ・弊社の畳製品はすべて染色を施したい草を使用しております。 そのため、長時間直射日光に当たり続ける環境では、色味が徐々に退色する場合がございます。 ご使用の際は、できるだけ直射日光を避けて設置いただくことをおすすめいたします。

A set of six Tatami Inserts, equivalent to approximately 1.8 tatami in total area. Unlike traditional tatami in natural green igusa, this set is made with Kyushu-grown igusa that has been mud-dyed and then custom dyed into a deep burgundy tone exclusively for STUDIO THE BLUE BOY. Depending on the angle of light, the surface reveals subtle shifts in tone and depth. Arranged together, the six pieces allow tatami to be used more freely as a modular element within a space.

Care & Notes
- • As igusa is a natural material, slight variations in color and texture may occur.
- • Occasionally, small pieces of igusa may protrude from the weave. This is called “igire” and is a natural characteristic, not a defect.
- • Some dye clay residue may remain on the surface as part of the traditional tatami-making process.
- • Do not leave the surface wet, as moisture may cause discoloration. If liquid is spilled, wipe immediately and dry thoroughly.
- • Dark-colored liquids such as juice or soy sauce may leave some uneven staining even with quick treatment.
- • All of our tatami products use dyed igusa. Please note that prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may cause the color to gradually fade.
