5kg–7.99kg　3,000円（税込）

8kg–14.99kg　5,000円（税込）

Shipping Cost for Overseas Orders

International shipping rates vary depending on the package weight and destination country.
Your final shipping cost will be displayed on the checkout page after entering your shipping address.

Orders are typically shipped within 2–3 business days.
For rug products, dispatch will occur 8–9 weeks after production is completed.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location. International orders often require an additional week.

Customs Duties, VAT & Import Taxes

United States — Duties on Japanese Goods

Due to current trade regulations, most goods shipped from Japan to the United States are exempt from customs duties.
However, state taxes or processing fees may still apply, depending on the local rules of your region.

European Union (EU) & United Kingdom

Orders shipped to the EU or UK may be subject to VAT (Value Added Tax) and other import fees.
These charges are determined by each country’s customs authorities and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

Other Countries

For all other regions, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are set by the destination country’s customs office.
These fees vary depending on local regulations and the category/value of the goods.

Delivery Terms (DDU / DAP)

All international orders are shipped on a DDU / DAP (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis.
This means:

  • Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient

  • We do not collect or prepay these fees

  • We have no control over the amount, as they are determined entirely by your country’s customs authorities

Refused Shipments & Return-to-Sender Policy

If the recipient refuses to pay the required customs duties or VAT and the shipment is returned to Japan:

  • A refund will be issued minus a fee equal to twice the original shipping cost, covering:

    • The original outbound shipping

    • The return shipping charged by the carrier

By placing an order, you agree to this policy and acknowledge that unpaid customs duties or VAT may result in these additional costs.

Worldwide shipping

We ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Shipping costs are displayed exclusive of customs duties. Payment of customs duties is determined by the regulations of the recipient’s country.
